in the last 15 minutes of class, find Mr. Brown’s response to your last KR Journal email, and reply directly to that email* with (a) the number of your last page read and (b) a 3-5-sentence description of what has happened to your first impressions
*replying directly to my email keeps the conversation going between you and me; what we are building over time is a continuous email exchange in which either of us can easily review the thoughts and feelings we have shared, as we make our way through the entire novel (incidentally, when it comes time to write about the novel, you can use this ongoing conversation as a resource for possible topics)
