The meanings these two stories leave you with: how do these meanings differ?

This is the question for which you are writing an essay outline.

The question is NOT: which story do you prefer?  OR which story is written better?

The essay you outline needs at least three body paragraphs and an introductory paragraph that introduces the main idea you will present.

As you outline and think ahead to your essay, remember that the Raw Materials page of this blog has model essays from the exam.  You have read some of these and recorded their lessons for you.  You can return to those essays and your lessons any time, especially while preparing a new composition.
